NICOLE J. COLGROVE, M.D.
Dr. Nicole Colgrove received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University in her Northeast Tennessee home town. She graduated summa cum laude and was initiated into Phi Kappa Phi during her junior year for academic excellence. She obtained her medical degree from ETSU Quillen College of Medicine during which time she received a scholarship for academic achievement. Dr. Colgrove completed her head and neck surgical training at the University of Kentucky. She was awarded the AAO humanitarian travel grant during residency for medical mission work in Nairobi, Kenya. She then completed a post-graduate fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery with Dr. Michael Godin in Richmond, VA. She enjoys all aspects of ENT, but has a special interest in skin cancer reconstruction, rhinoplasty, and facial cosmetics.
